I went to this location on my lunch break to find the drive thru was open but the machine was not working. Pushed the button on the kiosk because that is what the sign said to do only to get yelled at to pull to the windows. Mind you the first time they spoke to me through the drive thru it was just static. When I got to the windows the lady was extremely rude and threw the card reader at me. If I could give this location a zero star I would. I am a very loyal customer to Subway and this location is the rudest I have been too. If the drive thru kiosk is messed up then they need to turn the drive thru light off. If anyone is traveling and decide they want Subway, I would go to the location at Love's truck stop because this one is rude and uncaring towards their customers. My Dr pepper was flat and I only asked for a six inch on white bread meat marinara with provolone cheese. My cheese looked like it was old and I didnt even eat my food. It was a wasted almost $9. I will NEVER come back to this location again.

I wish everyone would stop going to this location so it can maybe get new ownership. Every employee I’ve encountered is incredibly rude. I keep giving it a chance because we don’t have any sandwich spots, but I have finally given up.
If you don’t go inside to order, it seems like they purposely build your sandwich wrong for fun. I’ve ordered on the app and at the drive thru and all have been wrong. Example: if you ask for extra lettuce, they put a sprinkle or zero lettuce. If you say a few jalapeños, they give you a huge pile. On my most recent order, I asked for just a little mayo. She loaded it down with mayo to the point that it was inedible. This was with the employee having to write down my order at the window because the kiosk is messed up. I don’t know anyone that’s had a good experience at this location. It’s sad we have so few options and this one is THAT bad.
It is clear the owner does not care about quality. They do not care about the customer satisfaction. We deserve better in our community.
Travelers: skip this Subway completely. The consistently bad experience is not worth the cost.

The staff at this location are rude every single time I go in, the food is decent, but not worth what Subway charges. Especially when the customer service is so poor. They went off on my mother because she simply asked if she could use a coupon. My mother is one of the sweetest people you'll ever meet so this made me beyond upset!
