Asked for a banana pudding latte and somehow ended up with a strawberry refresher? I never said anything that would sound like that. Tried waiting to have it remade, but they all ignored me. Poor customer service, really just feels like they want you out instead of actually trying their best to do the work. I’ve worked in similar retail situations and I get it can be overwhelming, but just the lack of even a little effort is infuriating.
