I got 3 roast beef meals and one fish sandwich meal. All of them were perfect, except the gyro it was too salty.

Food quality was ok. Burger was very sloppy. Chicken was good. The issue was that we ordered via the on-line app. The order was ready about 12 minutes past the promised time. I observed that the crew prioritized the drive through, then counter, and lastly the online orders. So then why use the app?

Not only did this location mess up my $45 order once, causing me to return to the store, but this "manager" messed it up AGAIN... Then refused to fix it. Refused a refund. I had the incorrect item in my hand, trying to show him that they messed it up a second time, and he was unnecessarily hateful, and simply wouldn't correct their mistake. He said he would not do a refund unless I returned all the food. And just wouldn't remake my sandwich..?? I wish I had his name, but he wasn't wearing a name tag... Probably so nobody could call him out on his negligence. 🤷🏼♂️ This "man" was completely useless and hateful. Middle-aged, pathetic white man. Maybe someone can identify who this pitiful excuse for a manager is and actually do something. There is no reason for someone like this to be in customer service, especially management. This is pathetic. The whole situation could've been avoided. The "manager" is the one that took my order to begin with, and messed it up a second time, AND refused to fix it a third time. $45 gone. My time, gone. My patience, gone.
