Today we ordered iced coffees with 1 Splenda and regular cream. What they provided was iced coffee with 1 Splenda and 3 sugars. No cream at all. From this point forward I'll be driving into JC for coffee. These items cost too much to continuously have the order messed up.

The hours of operation signs mean nothing half the time the lobby is closed the other time it’s open their drive-thru is always consistently wrapped around the building because for some reason, they don’t know how to efficiently work as a team when all they are doing coffees and popping stuff in the microwave cause it’s not making anything.
