They used to have photos and historic memorabilia about Jonesborough on display in the dining room. After the fire one of their smoking employees caused damaged the dining room it seems they have been in permanent remodel mode. It’s been a couple years since the fire. Took all the nice photos and memorabilia out. Now just bare walls. Today the HVAC must be broken they have some kind of jerry rigged cooling setup in dining room with flex hose hanging from ceiling. Will the photos and memorabilia ever come back? That was the theme of the restaurant. The place is showing its age and needs a refresh. Need to bring the photos and memorabilia back. Other competing restaurants nearby have better atmosphere in dining room.

My husband and I went through the drive thru to pick up some dinner. We had both of our dogs in the car with us. When Alyssa brought us our food, she asked if our dogs could have a little treat. It was sweet and unexpected and I appreciate her thoughtfulness.

Just had a gyro from there, now i get them all the time at Arbys all over the country, but this was by far the worst 1 I have had, The wrap it was in was old, hard and cracked in two, there was very little meat in it, it was not edible. I dont know about any of the other things they serve there but I will never return to this location

I don't know what it is about this location, but almost every employee, including the manager there that I've interacted with over the last 3+ months all seem to have an attitude. And if something is wrong with your order, they act like it's your fault they messed up. I've had change slammed in my hand, bags shoved at me, eyes rolled, and while waiting on my food for 7+ minutes when he brought it out couldn't even take an extra step to get closer to my car so he kinda tossed it at me, I said thank you and he said nothing, rolled his eyes and walked back inside. They tell you they're closed 15-20 minutes before closing and try justifying it saying they don't have much food left anyways. I used to work there when I was a teenager, and my managers wouldn't have let us act the way they do. And the one time I had to deal with the manager, my order got messed up and he huffs and puffs and when I got my actual food I said thank you and he just closes the windows. He acted like I was the one who got it wrong.

The French dip was smaller than before. I do like the bread better yet there was very little meat. Service was okay not very friendly.
