To start off, I ordered through the subway app, and they assigned a dasher to pick my food up and bring it to me, which isn’t a problem until later, I received my sandwiches, they were so far from prepared correctly, I tried to call the store six times, no answer, so I drive down to the store and wait in line for 45 minutes, (when i specifically ordered online to prevent this), I finally got to talk to the woman who was working, I told her both of my sandwiches were wrong, and she gave me a dirty look, then proceeded to tell me the manager wasn’t on site so she couldn’t refund or remake my food, and tells me to keep the sandwiches until the following day and come back with them to talk to the manager, or I could call DoorDash for a refund (she said), even though I ordered it through the subway app specifically, I went home and contacted DoorDash to be informed that it was indeed subways problem to issue a refund as I assumed, I proceeded to try to call the store again with no answer, then I contacted subway support to get a response that stated, “I am sorry for your inconvenience”, with no refund of my 30 dollars, I sell luxury appliances, and I’ve given refunds, the simple fact that 30 dollars created all of this when I just wanted my correct sandwiches is pathetic, I see why subway is going downhill, this location needs to be shut down, not only is that pitiful customer service, the store itself is not maintained in any way shape or form, nor is the appearance of the people serving and preparing your food, do better.
