Employee had ear pods in both ears while making subs. I was afraid that one was going to fall into my sub. That explains why he never acknowledged me when I said hello when I first walked in.

This place actually smells like a wet dog rolled around in tuna. The customer service was awful. I asked for extra pickles and the guy literally gave me 3. I asked politely again for more and he added ONE more. I said sir, please put extra pickles on my sub. The way he looked at me made me feel like I was asking for TOO much, because I wanted more than 4 pickles on my sandwich. I will never go back to this location. Additionally, I thought it was very unprofessional that the workers were talking crap about a previous customer that had just left while they were assisting new ones. Overall, really bad experience!

Said no to salt,pepper, vinegar and oil. Guess what 4 things I said no to ended up on my sandwich. You all just lost me as a customer.
