  This is my last Sonic order. I am tired of going online, placing an order, given a specific time to pick it up and then you go sit in the one on Market Street for 15 to 20 minutes before they even come out with your order! Today I sat there 10 minutes waiting. I don't care if they're busy, just don't set a time to come pick up an order when you can't have it ready! Bad service the last 4 pickups! Stick a fork in me, uninstalled app and Im done!

  food was great as always but we had an awful experience with the service. the lady who brought our food was very rude and unfriendly towards us. we asked for dipping sauces twice when we could catch her walking around, got told “you need to wait,” and never received the sauce after 10 minutes of waiting.

  2nd time i come here. 1st time the girl couldnt hear me and said she would come out. Waited over 10 additional minutes and no one came. I left. Now i placed my order and been here 20 minted and as im typing they came out. But super friendly staff tho

  Imma keep it real the food is good the time to get your food or someone to ask what you want takes 20 minutes at least.
