Worst McDonalds in the tricities. This is the location closest to my house and I purposely drive to a different location, further away to avoid this one. Constant wrong order, constant waits (often for just one sandwich).. The fries here always taste like they refried old ones. Just poorly run all around.

Had an amazing time there last week. I havent had a good time at McDonald's in years it seems like. The food was good and there was a woman who asked us how we were doing. I didnt catch her name but I asked her if we could pray for her and we ended up praying for her after. If you figure out who she is, she is s good worker and deserves a raise.

I always go to this location because it’s the closest one to my house, I had never had any issues with it until today, and used to be a black dude on the night shift which is so nice 10/10! I just got a home with a NASTY sandwich if I can call it like that, the bread and the chicken were hard as a rock. You can see lettuce and tomatoes from the picture, but it looks like it’s been out there for the whole freaking day waiting to be sold. Honestly the worst experience ever with food. NASTY! Please check your food before you leave! I don’t even know how can you actually sell something like that. It’s simply immoral!

Would give 0 stars if I could! Came to this location 15 mins before 3 (this location starts breakfast at 3am) I was greeted with "it will be 10 to 15 mins" to which I responded, "I am here for burgers and fries can I still get my food after that time" I was told no, that they had already threw away all the dinner/lunch food. I told them that I had arrived in time so I wanted my order taken and got told that she was a manager so I can make that decision. I then asked for her name to speak with someone on the matter the next morning and was ignored. I asked again and was ignored. I told her I was calling in the morning and that I was adding her customer service to the list of complaints....I pulled to the side and waited to see if the other cars on line had the same experience, they were ignored completely. I told them what had happened and they also pulled away. So not only did they lose my business they lost 2 other cars full of people also wanting dinner/lunch.... horrible customer service and rude management for night shift. -10/10 go somewhere else for your meals.

terrible service had to wait 35 minutes for a 2 drinks , people outside hitting their vapes and smoking cigarettes while theirs 9 cars in the drive through unacceptable
