Understanding drive through times need to be kept down, someone still needs to work the front and assist customers there. Had to see someone on their lunch end up leaving since they weren't able to be helped. Managers and team members look at front counter, but no one steps up to ensure customers are helped and at least waiting for their orders. Continually a bad experience when dining in at this location. Delivery orders also get priority over ANYONE inside of the store or in the DT.

We ordered 2 double cheese burgers with no cheese and the ($6 meal). We pull up and pay and then get to the 2nd window where the young guy gave us our drinks and pulled us up. Before pulling up I heard the lady in the back telling him to pull us up because she was confused on the order. Lady comes out and gave us our order minus the 4 peice nuggets and no straws. Food wasn't the best.

When the person finally took my order, after I sat patiently and quietly, was rude and yelling at me. When I arrived at the pay window, the employee there had no human decency and was disrespectful. When I got to the pick up window, the manager there handed me a coffee, which I didn't order and then crammed a bag into hand. This place has officially lost my business.
