At most the pick it up an inch and slam it back down to hang right back up. My husband's mother is in the hospital his family needs him he tried to tell them he couldn't come in and a MANAGER got in the chat and said he had to call the store then they did their routine of refusing to answer and picking up and hanging up. Terrible people.
