If I could give zero stars I would. We ordered a number 3 large. We pay, get to the window and they hand us a medium coke. We say no we paid for a large, and they want to argue with us about it. Next thing I know they are calling the police on us for “being rude”. Trust me they did not see rude… so I ask for a refund and they say if I don’t pull over to number 2 I’m not getting one. They finally come out to give me my money and they don’t even give me a full refund. Jasmine was rude and nasty to my boyfriend and tried to push him out of the store. Needless to say we are now trespassed and you best believe I called corporate. They ought to fire tha poor excuse of an employee.

The chubby girl with tattoos and glasses working the drive through is a real class act, basically throwing peoples orders at them. She did it to me and the person in front of me. I don’t expect much from McDonald’s customer service wise but every time I go here the employees are so rude and the quality of burgers is subpar. Go to the one on Market Street

Rude staff, was eating late at night and was told to "wait my turn" after 3-4 of my items were wrong and was trying to get an employee's attention for some time. On top of this, there was only myself and one other customer inside. There's so many McDonald's in jc, I don't think I'll ever have to come here again, but if I didn't have the option, I'd just go somewhere else.

We had an issue getting the app to load in the drive thru line, and they got hateful when we were trying to order. Then they messed up our order, and we're laughing staring at us through the drive thru window. When trying to call it was an automated system that said they were closed ..Never again.
