You would think if they have you pull up that your order would be right nop how bad is it to see that someone ordered 5 things and only 4 things are in the bag stop and look we are paying your for you to get it right not to say o well I don’t care if it’s right or not sorry management is the problem

Worst mcdonalds i have been to so far. They told me I cant get a cup of water? I have never had a mcdonalds refuse to give a cup of water with a full order because they want to charge for the bottled water. Not just that but the food was horrible. Dry, cold, crap. Definitely will never be back. Now I know why nobody is ever here despite it being a high traffic area. Oh and not a single person looked me in the eye and said hello. Just shoved the food out the drive thru window.

3rd time this month!! I always get my mcrib no onions sauce on the side yet 3 times this month they put the sauce and onions on it!! Today they tried to charge me for getting the sauce on the side.. mistakes happen it's human nature but 3times in 2 weeks no that's being carelessness and just not paying attention I will not be coming bk to this location!!

We went on our way to a movie, and put in a good size order eating in the dining room, there was 6 of us. We were the only people eating in the dining room the entire time we were there. Everything else was either carry out or mostly drive through from what I could see. After waiting over 20 minutes, for our number to be called out, I went up to the counter and they hadn't even started our order. Sheila bewildered actually like she didn't know she had an order that was due for the dining room. I said oh okay we'll get that next. It was at least 30 minutes or longer by the time we got our order. They said they were understaffed, but there was like six or seven people working there, looked to me like. At least five. The food tasted fine. But no apology, no I'm sorry..nothing just hollered my number and set it out after us waiting 30 minutes or longer. And we were short food that we had to go back and ask for. Horrible horrible service!!! Guess they were just taking care of the drive-thrus. We weren't the only ones that had to wait too long because even people coming for deliveries were having to stand there forever to get their food to deliver.
