When I arrived to pick them up I was denied what I ordered and paid for. Was told "they ran out a week ago" despite seeing dozens on a rack. Showed them my order/receipt and was still told I couldn't have them and was given alternative donuts and no refund for what I paid for. The donuts were for a school party and I had to walk out with something, but was treated terrible and did not get what I paid for. I'll never use them again for an event.
