  This location needs new management, a more structured setting. Seems like everyone is running around doing different things. If they stayed stationary, I feel like things would operate better. I visit this location often because it's close to my job, my order is always right but it sometimes takes 20+minutes to get it and the service is horrible. A few times I've tried to pay with a big bill (50) and they refused it saying they can't make change. Also, please Dunkin please teach these girls what granulated sugar is, because when I ask for it they use liquid sugar instead!!

  Jessica and Monet were the best workers we could ask for!!! Holding up the whole store on their shoulders in the bad weather. My GOAAATS!! thank you guys so much 🫶🫶🫶

  my matcha was genuinely straight milk and even that tasted funny, it also took them 15 minutes to make my friends drink and they are NOT busy

  This location isn’t good at all! I’ve had maybe one drink made the right way and that was a year ago! I’ve given this place 3 other chances within the last couple of months because the other Dunkin’ locations are even worse, but nothing will ever change the quality of their drinks. I have been ordering the iced Cookie Butter Shaken Espresso the same way every time. I order a small with light ice, 2 extra pumps of cookie butter, 1 Splenda (should be 4 in total, and simply because it isn’t sweet), and cold foam with cookie butter crumbles on top. The coffee is ALWAYS literally just straight up espresso with a hint of cookie butter from the cold foam! I always have to ask for another cup of cookie butter on the side and Splenda to try and doctor it up, but it’s not until I return back to NC that I can actually try and enjoy it because I have to add milk and extra stuff that I shouldn’t have to do considering the price point! The coffee is soooo dark, strong and unsweet it’s unbearable!!! The staff (depending on who, because some of them act like their life is miserable) can be extremely sweet. I rated 2 stars because those 2 stars go to the ones who are nice and aren’t making my drink. The donuts are never any good here either. I’m just going to have to find somewhere else to get coffee. Just stay away from this location.
