She is so sweet and my latte was always perfection. Now this new team in the mornings on up to around 3pm is awful. This morning not enough oat milk it was brown, took it back got another and could not even taste it. It's been this way for weeks now. Have they not been trained properly to make one? Idk what is going on but I'm done with trying to have my daily Latte. Do better!

They get it right once or twice a week. Also they never have any employees working there. They need to train people and get better management in there.

The Sunset Dunkin’ Donuts has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have held off on this review bc I know that everyone has bad days and feel overwhelmed. Each time I pull to the drive through I am met with silence then a sharp tone. The person taking my order..this time it was Em..was very condescending and spoke each word as if it had a period after it. My drink was wrong..I had to go in and have it fixed. The lady which I believe may have been a manager was very friendly. Once again..Em was sharp and said to me WHAT.WAS.IN.IT? I told her she had a horrible attitude. Am I the only one that has had this experience at this location?!

I got told its broken... and by another employee I got told you can go else where if you want to know the time it was made so I definitely pulled off I will not be back at this dunkin the bat heads dont know no better than to not do there job. I dont write comments but this is very very disrespectful
