I’ve given this place 3 other chances within the last couple of months because the other Dunkin’ locations are even worse, but nothing will ever change the quality of their drinks. I have been ordering the iced Cookie Butter Shaken Espresso the same way every time. I order a small with light ice, 2 extra pumps of cookie butter, 1 Splenda (should be 4 in total, and simply because it isn’t sweet), and cold foam with cookie butter crumbles on top. The coffee is ALWAYS literally just straight up espresso with a hint of cookie butter from the cold foam! I always have to ask for another cup of cookie butter on the side and Splenda to try and doctor it up, but it’s not until I return back to NC that I can actually try and enjoy it because I have to add milk and extra stuff that I shouldn’t have to do considering the price point! The coffee is soooo dark, strong and unsweet it’s unbearable!!! The staff (depending on who, because some of them act like their life is miserable) can be extremely sweet. I rated 2 stars because those 2 stars go to the ones who are nice and aren’t making my drink. The donuts are never any good here either. I’m just going to have to find somewhere else to get coffee. Just stay away from this location.

They really tell me "yeah sorry we're going to take a break from making food for a while" after I already ordered a drink and tried to order some food, then really asked me if that's all for me today. I guess not cause I can't even get the breakfast I wanted to eat. I mean if you're a breakfast fastfood location and you're taking a break from making food, what are you even doing in there? I would give the food a 0 star because I didn't even get to order it but I can't.
