Over the last couple months my coffee taste burnt like they did t refresh it, my lightly toasted bagel was very brown and the seeds were burnt. The cream cheese on it was almost non existent. I stopped to by a small pack of cream cheese to put some on it since it barely covered on side. Coffee was like warm by the time I got. 10 minutes in line. Only 2 cars in front of me. Get it together Dunkin

Finally got to the window and they lost my order & wouldn’t remake it until they found it. I told them multiple times it was probably with walk ins and it took another 10 minutes to find my drinks. After all that my drink was wrong and melted. When I asked the staff why she couldn’t find it, she rolled her eyes and said they had issues lately.

Most of the employees are kind, accommodating, and quick to give service. The management must recognize some of that because the poor ones do not last long. I use the drive thru so the atmosphere is based on the interactions at the window.
