  2108 W Market Street, Johnson City, TN. Charley’s Philly Steaks is the FASTEST restaurant I have ever been served at. They operated with skills like those of the Pit Crew at NASCAR, a well-oiled machine with precision. Talk about great customer service A+!!! My Chicken Philly and fries were hot and delicious. Everything was very clean and stocked. The overall rating is an A++ grade. Impressive performance to say the least. Bravo!

  The meat is now low quality. The Philly cheesesteak used to be delicious now it is disgusting. I gave them two stars because the fries were good and the service was great.

  Most unpleasant place I have been to, they are very unfriendly, disrespectful, entitled and clueless. Food is mediocre at best. The location inside the mall is much better. There are plenty of folks with better character and personality in the tri cities area, so give your business to them, I sure will. I hope they close their miserable doors very soon.

  I adore their Chicken Philly sandwiches!!! Quality-Fresh ingredients [green peppers, onions, mushrooms, lettuce, tomatoes, and mayo...always cooked to order... Coke products, always delicious! Worth the trip every time!! ~$14 For the combo, prices vary based on the upsize of the drink or fries👌

  Warning!!! Beware that if you order ahead to pick up food that it may be stolen and managment does not care. They will accuse you of wrong doing. It does not matter that you have ordered from them ever Monday and picked up at the same time for five months. Loyalty means nothing to them. The top management will not reach out and apologize nor try to fix the system of picking up orders. You can walk in and pick it up without being spoken to at all. I guess that is how my order was stolen. I do not appreciate the way they treated me over it and I wrote to the website to get a response from the store and nothing. I have been going there for years and recently went like clockwork for months. Now, sadly, i cannot even recommend this place because I lost trust in them. They don't value you or your business anyway. They need to fix their pick up system.
