    Every attempt they try to keep customers never really works with the ridiculous menu changes and really all this chain has to to to improve sales is bring the prices down to a fair amount, they are the most expensive fast food restaurant around for this rule of second class food

    We live in Unicoi County wanted 2 grab dinner....im really unhappy about this experience. Steak nuggets are burnt, only got half an order of fries, sliders are squished & seem old. We asked for extra napkins & Arby's sauce....We got 2 napkins, ZERO sauce & paid $30. I have called 5 times but they won't answer. This is ridiculous I cant even speak with a manager
