  I wasn't expecting to have coffee at this hour. The tiny funny looking building drew my attention. I could tell instantly the coffee was was going to be on point. Sure enough I was right. The coffee was delicious. The staff were super friendly. My triple shot white chocolate extra pump light ice frappuccino with whipped cream and carmel drizzle was the best part of my day by far. Thank you.

  Well, if you thought you were having a bad day and want to make it worse, make sure to ask for Ashton (female). She will definitely make it happen with her horrible attitude, lack of communication, and her laziness to have you keep pulling up 1-3 inches so she doesn't have to walk to your vehicle. Mind you I was already in front of the door, window down, could clearly hear from where we were but just for laughs, wanted me to keep pulling up. For a company that is usually on top of customer service and empathy, she does not represent the company in a positive way.

  Stopped at my daughter’s request because we’d never tried 7Brew. She got a raspberry truffle macchiato with whip and white chocolate drizzle, and I ordered a chai latte with extra chai flavoring. She said her drink was “just ok” and mine was perhaps the most watered down, bland, boiling hot chai I have ever received. Service was super quick and friendly. Drinks were disappointing.

  I've been here a few times and the coffee was GREAT. However, there has been two occasions where the person in front of my was served and then remained parked in line to talk to the cashier. Both times, I was served my drinks and then had to wait 5+ minutes while the team member chatted with the person in the front of the line who had also already been served. There's also bollards around the outside of the line so you're stuck with no way to go around them. Team members should be trained in keeping the line moving and wrapping up their conversations after the customer has been served. Everyone else in line shouldn't have to wait because you want to socialize.

  7 Brew is my favorite place! Always friendly, quick and delicious! Also, lol, the coffee is not bitter, and doesnt leave that old, burnt flavor behind like another popular place. They always give my furbaby a pup cup, and chat a bit if there's no one else waiting. All in all, a feel good place. 🙂
