I'm fine with a wait, but not when I'm sitting in line for 20+ minutes while multiple workers are casually conversing with the driver of the car ahead of me. There was a large gap between the car ahead of me and the car ahead of them. Many workers conversed at the window, and a significant amount of time passed from when they received their drink and when they drove away. I could even tell that the driver of the car behind me was becoming increasingly impatient. Additionally, we were supposed to receive a promotional card for our order, but our Lane 1 attendant failed to give it to us. Not only that, but she was cold, rude, and dismissive. The worst service I've ever had at a 7Brew. I'm more than okay with waiting during a busy time, and I love camaraderie and visiting with people you know. What I have a problem with is when that impacts business, frustrates customers, and causes people to be late to their destinations for no reason.

I asked for a drink and she said "that's not in here", then she handed me the wrong drink and when i told her that wasn't mine she rolled her eyes, and took it out of my hand. Which isn't a big deal. I've just never had someone be so standoff-ish here. Not a single smile... Which is so unusual because everyone here is SO nice! Still love seven brew and will come back and see you:) I just hope to keep others from having a bad experience.
