  This is my favorite 7 brew location! I know when I come here, my drink will always be made correctly & so I always make sure to come to this location always. The staff is always so kind/helpful & they always have the best vibes with the music going. I have to give a shout out to my girl Esanse. She is always the highlight of my visit if she’s working that day. She is such a joy to be around and always makes me smile. Also, I really appreciate Abby. She was able to help me today and explain the new menu and since my normal order is an iced white chocolate mocha and that’s no longer part of the original seven menu but I’m still able to order it so I really appreciate it her talking with me and explaining everything and letting me know it’s still available since that’s my go to. I can’t say enough good things about this location & the staff. Forever a 7 brew girly 🩵

  I went through the Seven Brew drive-through and KK took my order, and it was genuinely the best experience I’ve ever had. From the moment she started talking, she was so friendly, upbeat, and made the whole interaction feel fun instead of rushed. She explained drinks, made great recommendations, and had the best attitude the entire time. You can tell she truly enjoys her job and cares about customers. My drink was PERFECT, and honestly, KK alone is the reason I’ll keep coming back. Seven Brew is lucky to have her — give this girl a raise!!

Her knowledge of the menu is impressive, and she’s quick to offer great recommendations based on preferences.   I went through 7 Brew (1/1/26) around 6:30 a.m. this morning and was shocked by the poor attitude of the young lady working the drive-through lane closest to the doors. She was extremely rude—not only to me, but also in the way she spoke to her coworkers. She yelled to her coworkers to “Shut up!” as well as used poor language such as the F word to the point where I could hear it. It was very unpleasant, unprofessional, and uncomfortable for me to sit there and listen to that and it honestly just left a bad taste in my mouth on how poorly her customer service was. I heard others refer to her as “KKay” or possibly “KK,” though I am unsure of her full name. On the other hand the coffee was good. Just thought this should be made aware to upper management.
