  The Dunkin' at Johnson City is amazing. The drive thru was so quick, and the donut holes so fresh and delicious. Why aren't there more Dunkin' Donuts here? Just a thought.

  Came here this morning and this has got to be the 6th time they’ve completely made my drink wrong and I asked for a medium and they charged me for a large. The employees are so rude I let them know nicely my drink wasn’t right and all the person (who took my order) did was shrug her shoulders and look at me. Never coming here again if you can make the drive go to Kingsport that’s where I normally go and they are never this awful. People pay good money for food and coffee I understand it’s going to be wrong sometimes but not all the time and at least be willing to correct your mistake.

  Ordered for in store pickup, when I arrive they have the front door locked. No biggie, sometimes if short staffed it’s safer that way. I go to the drive thru. I proceed to sit here for 10 minutes.. no one even spoke to me. Finally get annoyed and drive up to the window, where I proceed to sit another 10 minutes. 6 people walking around on phones talking to each other, completely ignoring the car at the window. After 5 minutes of trying to get someone attention but shouting hello and honking my horn, now I’m extremely frustrated. When I finally get someone’s attention the manager said “you selected will call, you should have came in like you said” oh yeah I attempted that 30 minutes earlier and the doors were locked. This location is a joke.
