  Really in the morning service is ok. Later in the day service is always amazing.

  Asked a question about the rewards app, didn’t use my rewards, and shut the door on me while I was talking and asking the question. I work in food service so I know what it’s like but this was just plain disappointing and I paid more than I needed to. My coffee tastes burnt and not like what I normally get :(

  First time having dunkin in months & I can say I absolutely love this dunkin. The employees are so sweet and friendly. This place made me remember why I used to have a serious dunkin addiction. Coffee is always on point! Super kid friendly.

  ABSOLUTELY HATE THIS LOCATION!! Workers are RUDE & SO SLOOOWWW!! Everytime I go here it takes 4EVER to get my drink regardless if there’s 1 other customer in the store or 20. Still takes 20 min to get one drink. Workers wld rather blast the music & talk amongst themselves than acknowledge a customer is in the store. This place needs a manager to come in and teach their workers about customer service or get rid of them. Ontop of that the store is always a mess and absolutely nasty most days & the odds of u getting wht u ordered correctly is about 10%

  Absolutely the worst customer service ever!!!! Tried to go through drive-in, thru at 950pm. Said they could only take door dash orders. Very upset. I called to ask why when I was the only one in line that they couldn't take my order!!! I was hung up on by the male who answered the phone!!!! I called back and talked to a female who lied and told me that I wasn't hung up on. I was then told that their system was updating which I don't believe!!!! If that is the case that's a terrible system in place!!!!! You deny a customer purchase. What kind of business practice is that??????? I also tried to go inside earlier but there was a closed sign written that lobby was closed due to being understaffed!!!!! Even though there were two employees!!!!!! I am in there quite often, but no more!!!!! This was the last chance!!!!!! I doubt I will get a reply. Dunkin NEVER replies to complaints!!!!!
