  Excellent food and our waitress Sarah was awesome and very attentive. The manager Amber came and checked on us and made sure we were good as well. Friendly and wonderful food. The bang bang chicken, drinks, and the steak were excellent. Highly recommend if you are in the area.

  We had the pleasure of being served by Bailey Fields during our recent dinner at Bonefish Grill, and she made the entire evening outstanding. From the moment we sat down, Bailey was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. She took the time to explain the fresh fish specials and menu highlights with real enthusiasm, answering all our questions without ever making us feel rushed. Her recommendations were spot-on — the Bang Bang Shrimp was perfectly crispy, and she steered us toward the right wine pairing that elevated the whole meal. What stood out most was how effortlessly Bailey balanced great service with a friendly, personal touch. She checked on us at the perfect times, kept our drinks refreshed, and even remembered small details about our preferences as the night went on. When one of our orders needed a minor adjustment, she handled it quickly and with a smile, turning a tiny hiccup into no issue at all. Bailey’s positive energy and professionalism made our night feel special. In a busy restaurant, she made us feel like we were her only table.   This was my first time trying this restaurant out. We decided on it for date night this weekend. I had flounder, rice, and Mac and cheese while my boyfriend had steak, mashed potatoes, and broccoli. We also had calamari as an appetizer. Everything was good and our server was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the menu.

  First time back in about 6 years and we were excited about how good it was in the past. We were seated for 10 min before anyone came to get drink orders and only after we asked the hostess to find someone. It was 430 on a Friday so not busy at all. Jeremy was our servier, he was very friendly. However the overall experience was very disappointing Calamari and bang bang shrimp were incredibly delicious. The swords fish was dry and rubbery. My daughter got a medium rare burger and somehow they managed to make that dry as well. Even though the inside was good and pink. I would recommend only ordering appetizers and not waste the money on the main meal or dessert, both we just very underwhelming. On top of it all, the male bathroom stall had splashes of dry blood on the wall.

  Service was not good at all. Our server disappeared behind the counter and only checked on us twice. Food portions were not worth the price. The lobster stuffed shrimp came with a handful of shrimp for $27. I got the fish and chips and it was swimming in oil. The bottom of my tray was pooled full of fry oil. All of the other servers were messing around in the back. I saw one of them full on grab her hair and then just walk straight out of the kitchen. That’s so unsanitary, and I feel bad for the people she served the remainder of the night because of it.
