  Huge disappointment. I went through the Drive thru using a coupon. When placing my order, I asked if the chicken cordon bleu was included on the coupon. The Drive thru person told me that it was not covered with the coupon. When a coupon says ANY CHICKEN SANDWICH OR CHICKEN STRIPS 2 FOR $8.00 AND DOES NOT SAY CHICKEN CORDON BLEU EXCLUDED, THE CUSTOMER SHOULD BE ABLE TO GET THE CHICKEN SANDWICH THAT THEY WANT. When I got to the window to pay for my food, I informed the cashier that the coupon said ANY CHICKEN SANDWICH, she said okay, handed me my order( that was not what I wanted.)then said "Have a nice day " I found this woman to be Rude and uncaring about what the Customers want. If you are paying for it, why can't you get what you want if you have the money for it. The parking lot and Drive thru could use a Good Cleaning and the staff should know for a fact what is covered on coupons. I was highly disappointed and pissed. I do not recommend the Arby's on South Roan Street in Johnson City, Tn.

  I paid for 4 potato cakes, but I received 3. I also requested Arby's Sauce packets and ketchup packets, and received neither.

  So I have been to this location MANY times and its always good. Ya know...workers are always nice and friendly. Today when trying to order the person working there spoke low and near mumbled,(sounded PO'd they were being bothered) but got it done. Pull to window and the guy mumbles total I handed card,he shoves drinks and card out window closes it and walks off. Didn't think much of it. He then pops open window shoves bog out and before I could ask for horsey and arbys sauce window half closed and he had walked off. I sat there. Watched a lady pick her fingernails,one person went back and forth laughing(did have a bag.looked to be only half happy person working) then the guy walks to window sees me (looks right at me) turns and walks off. I continue to sit there til he walks back u makes a face and says yeah. I explained sorry I need sauces. He rolls eyes grabs it and shoves out window.As I try to say thank you he is rolling eyes and walking off. Not Kool. If you are too good to do your job OR that miserable seek life elsewhere.
