  I went through the line yesterday . The lady on the intercom was very quick and lacked customer service . I then got to the window to receive my items and that lady was also rude and lacked customer service . She didn’t speak at all nor said “hello “ or anything . She just handed us our items and shut the window back , with an ugly smirk, as if she was prejudice, which I wouldn’t be surprised if she was , after all it’s Joelton TN. Please take these two ladies off the front line . They make your company look bad ! They are better off flipping burgers in the back ! Very unpleasant experience . If you don’t like your job apply someplace else.

  Fries were cold no bacon on my spicy honey mc crispy even though they charged me for it we also ordered some wraps but the exterior was covered in mayo that got all over my hands and there was 0 napkins in the bag, the employees were laughing and giggling loudly in the back and the lobby was filthy I was in there for 20 minutes and not a single mess that was their got cleaned up fries all over the floor and something that resembled chocolate cake crumbs all over table

  Food was good, but the playplace was "broken" so my kid couldn't play. It was the only reason we picked this McDonalds over another location. Disappointing to say the least. The playplace was as broken as the typical mcdonalds ice cream machine, i e. "We don't want to clean it".
