  Staff appears to be bothered when you ask for ketchup. An employee saw me standing at the counter and called for someone in the back to give me ketchup. She never even said just a minute, or how can I help you. She was not busy and didn't acknowledge me, just yelled foe someone to come to the front

  I Asked for a refund and took them long then had my sunday sitting there and was served to me melted i asked to please get it remade and the lady only poured out the melted ice cream and gave me the same thing.
