  Very gross! Upon arriving, ALL the stalls were closed, it said they were opened so I ordered through the mobile app instead and when I drove around I discovered the reason the stalls were closed, about 3 of the employees were in the back smoking weed - took a video of it! I asked if they’re open the guy shouts “no” and started laughing, I told him I placed an order on the mobile app- he got angry and went inside and came out with my food- which I tossed in the trash out of fear of it being contaminated or messed with. Can’t even believe it- they need new employees and apparently new management . Called the sonic Number- supposedly they’re investigating the issue incident- the video has over 500k interactions on TikTok now- maybe that’ll pressure sonic to replace the management

  Sat in line for 10 mins saying hello to the speaker and had no response... Drove around to the window and was like I was invisible... They acted like thy didn't even see me... Finally when my order was taken she made excuses for being short handed and overwhelmed on orders.. There was only 2 cars in stalls and one car that was in front of me... How may I ask is that overwhelming?

  crappy drive through service,handed off our food to the car in front of us,including drink,then tried to give it too us

  Food took forever to order ,to get , and it was cold and stal . And was over priced.
