  Manager on night shift April 10th at 3am is rude. She just shoved the bag into my hand and shut the window as I was asking for ketchup.

  Went there for some fast service they had 8 people waiting to order no one at the window or in line and an employee sweeping the floors what a joke to think it would be fast at a fast food restaurant

  I’m not sure if the usual morning lady was just having a bad day or is just rude in general sometimes, but her comment really disgusted me this morning. I’m allergic to pork and I finally found something I really like there. Egg McMuffin no ham sub steak. Instead of hitting the sub steak button like everyone else, she added a whole price piece of steak for 2 something more. I was not rude, I simply let her know that they usually hit the sub steak button for .99 extra. She immediately came back with “I know how to do my job, honey.” It was so incredibly rude. I told her to have a great day and drove away. I realize that that a rude comment like that probably shouldn’t have impacted me so much, but I’m 38 weeks pregnant, got hardly any sleep due to severe acid reflux choking me in my sleep, and nausea from it all this morning, and it was just the worst time to get a rude comment from a worker. I don’t usually complain, heck the other day I paid for a smoothie and they couldn’t get it to work so I had to leave without it and I wasn’t the least bit upset. Customer service skills really go a long way when it comes to someone having a good experience or not.

  DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Threw sandwiches together as if they didn’t wanna work today, ketchup everywhere to the point you can’t eat it. Large fry wasn’t filled and cold. This was 3/25/26 around 6:30pm.

  Visited this location mid week I paid with credit after sitting in drive thru line for approximately 20min I finally reach the window for my food…employee comes to the window and states we are out of all drinks we only have water?! I had a gallon of tea and a medium coke on the order… the employee hands $6 out the window, it would have been nice to be informed at menu board or payment window!! Because I’ve been a GM of fast food restaurant before I know that the reconcile of cash drawer was short, they likely done that same thing all night! Let me also mention when I arrived home they also handed me out a Big Mac, large fry, two McDoubles and two mc chickens with my order the young lady at window appeared to be in training or fairy new… your setting her up for failure being shown to do as you want instead of a correct refund or process!
