  So disappointed at this location ( Sevierville ). Manager was so rude! Never had an experience like that, Unwilling to help correct a problem and didn’t even want to discuss the problem! Love JJ but won’t be returning to that location

  I ordered on the app. After an hour of nothing I called the store. I was put on hold and I heard people in the background telling the girl on the phone to tell me it was on the way. I ordered at 136pm. My order didn't get to me until 306pm. And there is no telling how long it would have been had I not called. I didn't get the text that Uber was picking my food up until I called. I paid $55 for subs and had to call and wait over an hour. I contacted Jimmy John's online and nothing has been done about this. I will not be back. I can spend $50 at another restaurant!

  Both trips they didn’t just get my order wrong, they absolutely did the opposite. First trip asked for a Toasted Club LuLu, what I received was a un-toasted LuLu WITH NO MEAT. Second trip, ordered the same thing, I received a toasted one with no bacon and HAM, the sandwich is turkey. I’ll never go back.

  I stopped by Jimmy John’s and ordered the Italian sandwich and it was absolutely delicious. Everything tasted fresh and the sandwich was made perfectly. Also wanted to give a shoutout to Dustin at the drive-thru window — he was super friendly and had great customer service. It’s always nice when someone takes the time to be welcoming and make the experience better. Great food and great service. I’ll definitely be coming back!
