We will NEVER order from here again, as long as he is employed by this company. We had an issue with our order. When I called the store to explain what happened. I spoke with Ashley. She was extremely kind and helpful. She was going to fix the issue. She placed me on hold while she pulled up my information. Then Sam picks up the phone and tells me they are not going to fix the issue and Ashley had no "authority" to do so. He was the store manager and he wasn't going to fix it. I told him as the store manager he should honor what his employee said. He then proceeds to yell at me. Telling me again that he's the "store manager" and they obviously can't make me happy and he's ending the call and hung up on me.....?????? What???? He was beyond rude and I can't believe someone like him would ever be placed in an managerial position. Whomever owns this Domino's may want to rethink this decision before they lose even more customers.

The pizzas online were half off and the app wasnt working for us so she did the orders and was just awesome. The pizzas had plenty of cheese and toppings and was hot fresh and delicious and had a great taste. Thanks Kristina for everything.
