  Had 2 new employees that had no clue what they was doing but they sure tried to make sure there customers was happy even though there wrong food got served 😭

  Tastes as good as any other arby's, but at least on 5 occassions i have gone there they have been out of roast beef.

  They asked me if I wanted a peach cobbler roll. I said yes. Never got it. But was charged for it

  Went through drive through and got the fish sandwich special 2 for 6 tried to eat the first one and it was so tough and chewing could not make myself eat it threw both away went back 2 days later and went inside and ordered it again and was very polite and asked the young lady if i could get it fresh she was very nice and said she would let them know i waited for 6 minutes and another lady brought it out and i opened it up and they had let it set in back and microwaved it was cold and chewing again i got my money back and I will not be back again they need another manager to get the store back to how it is supposed to be going to contact the district manager and let him know how the food is
