  Food was cold and took so long to get it . Service itself was great and really friendly and atmosphere was really stressful

  I don’t go to McDonald’s often because the order is usually wrong and the customer service is hit or miss. Most of the time you’re lucky to get a greeting or a thank‑you. But this location really took the cake. I stopped for lunch because my daughter wanted a Happy Meal. We ordered and then waited at least 15 minutes. For context, I’ve worked in food service for 25 years — I understand busy times, rushes, and the realities of the job. But the time management here was just bad. If you’re that busy, the food should at least come out hot and fresh. Not even close. What pushed me to write this review was the fact that they handed my daughter her cheeseburger Happy Meal… without the burger. Excuse me, what? If it had been anything else, I probably would’ve just moved on. But a missing burger in a cheeseburger Happy Meal? I turned right back around. I showed them my receipt and the empty bun. And honestly, I wasn’t even surprised when they didn’t apologize. Not a word. SMH

  Mcdonald's is notoriously slow, but this has to be the slowest. If you want McDonald's and you're passing by, just go to the next exit. Whether it's 5 minutes to Kimball or 25 minutes to browns ferry road, it will always be a better experience.

  After waiting almost 20 mins for our food at the curbside pickup, my fiancée had to walk in and see what was going on. Cars pulled through the drive thru and instantly got served, while we watched. After my husband walked in, the food was cold and he had to get them to re-make our food.
