  Im actively stuck in the drive through and have been for more than 30 minutes with no way to get out, the lobby no longer open and a mobile order I’ve already payed for. the whole time there’s only three cars In front of me. Update total time in line was exactly one hour to get through three orders and my food came out cold. We told the employee that the person infront of us left ( they ate the curb to get into the parking next door and our car unfortunately couldn’t join) and that we had the mobile order. He took that as an opportunity to rant about how they did it too themselves and how people expect too much from them when the restaurant gets “swarmed”. We were one of three cars in line when we arrived by the time we left the line was around the corner. No swarm just bad service.

  The workers that work Saturdays at 1pm suck at their jobs. The food was a mess and wasn't even fresh. Had to go back in to ask for a new Catina roll quesadilla because it wasn't fresh and very cold. Just to get another one that wasn't made right and was just not great at all. The potato griller wasn't any better. The potatos were stale. The workers had an attitude. Horrible place to eat. They need to jus go ahead and close the place down. It clearly just ain't cut for it

  The staff is rude - i always come by and I am going to be honest i do make a lot of modification to my food because I am vegetarian but want to try everything you come out with but I order it through the mobile app for a reason so I do not have to leave my car and when i check my food and try to tell them they made a mistake they tell me they will only help me inside, or if i pull around and tell them they forgot my sauces that i put on my order they tell me to come inside - not once have the gotten my food correct the first time, i have been a customer there for 5 yrs and i will no longer go back to this location

  They will not take your order if you want to dine in. You have to use the kiosk to order your food.
