  Even though an open sign is posted, we walked in and they told us we were closed in the middle of the day. No line, but he said he had just gotten a large delivery order and I would have to come back an hour later to order a sandwich.

  I went there the sign is on it says open at 1:30 pm and the google shows it’s open The door is open and I’m waiting to order he comes up and say we’re closed ….

  Horrible. I ordered online and I marked the bogo sandwich. I paid and i forgot to add the second sandwich. I went back on the app to edit my order and add the second sandwich. It had me pay a second time. I went in the store to pick up my order. I was the only one in line. She did not greet me. She was making two sandwiches. While making them, she looked at me twice and she didn't speak. She had her gray beats by dre headphones on. The older lady came from the back and immediately spoke to me. I told her that I was there to pick up my online order. She asked why was I waiting. I told her she other girl didn't speak to me. The young girl then said that I was suppose to speak to her. No, she was suppose to greet me when I walked in. I then was told that I paid for my order twice. They didn't know how to give me my money back. It was a horrible experience and I will not go back to that location.

  Went in at 8pm and employee seemed very uninterested in taking our order. While we were having our sandwiches made, another group of people walked in and he told them that he is closing (at about 8:10). The food was as to be expected from a Subway, but wouldn’t recommend coming here because of sub-par staff and service.

  I’m done coming here they close everyday early I be getting off at 7pm then by the time I get here there closed when there website says 9pm just terrible
