  I’ve spent 10 years begging Panera to take out Canola from pastries and finally I can enjoyable chocolate croissant! The Jackson, Tennessee Panera Manager, Jimmy was very kind double/checking for me. Thank you Panera! Keep going! Stand for people!

  The place was a filthy mess. Food on the floor. Trash overflowing (before the real lunch crowd). Common sense told us to leave. My heart told us to give Panera a break & order anyway. Big mistake !! The sandwich was cold and apparently "dumped" onto the platter and topped off with stale chips. Caveat Emptor must be their standard of excellence. My First Visit is my Last Visit.

  The staff here are AWESOME!!! You can really tell that this establishment is ran by managers who care and understand how to run a business well! I ran into an issue with picking up my order and my problem was solved instantly! It really made my day. Thanks so much!
