After waiting 19 mins since placing my order, you guessed it. It’s still not ready and they didn’t have a line but they only prioritized the drive thru line. At this point what’s the point of using that stupid app to place ahead when you still have to wait like everyone else if not longer.

We use to go to this Taco Bell often and stopped going because of terrible customer service. It’s like their customers are a terrible burden to them. I decided I haven’t been there in months maybe it had changed well it hasn’t if anything it’s gotten worse. We went to the drive thru and was told first thing it would be a 15 minute wait I said ok. You know thinking there was a line…. I pulled around and NO ONE was in the drive thru. I went to the window the woman asked me if I had an order I told her what I wanted as she hit her hands on the counter then turned around and walked off! Yeah no joke! A man came and took our order and told me to pull up I decided I’d go in since he hadn’t given me our drinks yet. One YES one customer was in there. This was my last time at this location!
