  Everyone who works there is polite, but there is a person of color who works there in the mornings who is extremely rude, the woman needs to be barred from customer service businesses. Can only imagine what they must put up with.

  The fact that when I order online and I say more spinach and more cucumber more tomato to only get the regular/bare minimum amounts on my sandwich is very unsatisfying & disappointing that the worker cannot read orders correctly you may be trying to save your ingredients & money(by not having to buy more ingredients) but I paid for a sandwich to be open full of vegetables and not closed with the bare minimum ingredients 🤦🏽‍♀️

  Literally the worst experience I’ve ever had in an establishment. I ordered ahead on the app so my order was already paid for. When I got my order I didn’t receive the chips and one of my sandwiches was wrong (like not even close to being right). I went into the building and told the worker that my sandwich was wrong and I didn’t get my chips. She proceeded to argue and say that the order was right. She even dug through the garbage to find my receipt to prove me wrong. I told her I had my order pulled up on my phone. She refused to look at it. She was so rude. She was borderline aggressive and did not want to make the sandwich I paid for. She finally told me to give her the incorrect sandwich back and she made the one I ordered. It was an extremely unprofessional and uncalled for . Oh and their were customers waiting while this was going on. She appeared to be the only person working so I understand the frustration but there was no need to be rude.
