The receipt showed salsa but we didn’t have any in our bag. So we hit the button to ask for some and the girl said it was at the bottom of our bag but we pulled everything out and there was none. So she was just like you want extra. We are like we didn’t get any. She just kept insisting it’s in our bag. She did bring us out two packets but it’s like we asked for a whole meal or something. I will add that the girl who brought out our food originally was friendly. Order # 336826

- HAHerbie AsOct 22, 20251.0Recently visited here. The workers were laughing, joking and playing around. The ice-cream was basically soup and wasn't given exactly what i asked for. I work hard for my money and don't appreciate it being wasted. Management needs to drastically improve this sonic.
