  Haven't been here in awhile, and after tonite, it'll be a long time till my wife and I come back. Whole meal was awful. My wife ordered Gator Bites and the loaded potato soup. Both were barely warm. Potato soup was huge chunks of potatoes, cheese and no liquid. No broth!. Gator bites were cold, soggy and tasteless. I ordered the fried catfish dinner, and substituted baked potato for fries. Potato was cold and wouldn't even melt butter. Catfish were thin, pieces, mostly breading, cold and soggy. Coleslaw tasted strange and whit beans were cold, very gummy as if they had scraped the bottom of the pan. Won't be back if this is the norm!

  Food was good. For my taste I could have had just a little more seasoning on or in my bowtie pasta. Sever was very busy, but did a good job.

  I need to warn everyone in Jackson, TN, about my terrible experience at Redbones Bar & Grill today. I went with my kids, and after reviewing my receipt, I realized they charged me $203 when my total was only $169.72. The original waitress brought me the wrong receipt, then after I corrected it, she still left me with a $7 “balance” that didn’t make sense. I checked my card—no preauthorization from them, just a direct charge of $203. I even called my card services, and they confirmed Redbones manually put that amount in. When I asked for the manager, he dismissed it, even saying he’d “pay” the $7 for me if I couldn’t afford it—like I was lying! This place is seriously unprofessional. They are adding unauthorized charges and not owning up to their mistakes. Please be cautious—do not go to Redbones; they don’t respect their customers or their money.

  Food is ALWAYS delicious. Service is always excellent. We make it a point to always stop at redbones when in the area repossessing cars for TriStar Auto Sales in Lebanon TN. Kaitlyn was our waitress tonight. So friendly, prompt, and knowledgeable. Will always stop when we are in the area!
