  The restaurant was filthy, the ladies bathroom was filthy, with feminine product trash, toilet paper and paper towels strewn about. No toilet paper, only paper towels. There were no knives or forks at the soda station. The Mr Pibb was actually root beer. We were standing directly in front of the person behind the counter and it took them a very unusual amount of time to acknowledge us though they were just staring out the window after just greeting us as we came in. I was hoping that at least I could count on the consistency of the food. Nope. Disappointed there as well. If this wasn't the only location in Jackson we would definitely not eat there ever again.

  The manager is constantly shouting out at the workers the time. 2 mins!! 1 min!! 20 seconds left!! Like got damn it I can’t ever hear myself think. Then I was repeating myself because she is so got damn annoying!!!!!!! She needs to go! It’s makes so sense to talk to co-workers like that in front of customers!! NEVER COMING BACK.

  The last two times I have gone here, my food was cold from the moment I got it. The vegetables uncooked. The sour cream was watery, which is odd because previously it was really thick and creamy. So I know it’s not just their standard. I wonder if the manager has changed or something because the quality really, really went downhill.

  I’m very convinced whoever works here; clocks in, throws a blindfold on, and starts swinging their arms around over bowls and tortillas. It’s so inconsistent and unproportional it feels like a prank. Especially for the price. I’m pretty sure my food wasn’t even cooked this time seeing as it was ice cold. My sour cream, pretty sure it was milk, with some green inclusions that do not come standard in sour cream? But I guess. Three tacos wrapped horribly inside aluminum foil only for me to open it to a sopping mess that looked like rainfall had befallen it prior to my discovery. The picture even looks a littler better because I had to prop it in a plate from falling out. Not even the only issue. Just one of the more embarrassing. Especially seeing as the food is always barely edible. I kept trying to give it a chance hoping there’s a one off, nope. Done with that. Drenching and sopping with meat most times. A whole head of lettuce. Tortilla so soggy it’s falling apart. It’s disgusting and it’s simply not hard to prepare food. Almost everyone has worked fast food and it’s not hard to treat your job and your customers food that they pay for, with respect. I’d doubt you’d eat it that way yourselves, let alone serve it to someone you care for. If you don’t care for your job, it’s easy to find another one. Rather than making someone’s meal bad just about every time. Just something to keep in mind. Our train your employees to have better standards. Honestly a joke.
