  Second time this week they have been out of brisket and had me wait forever at the menu to find out!! Arby's obviously does not have the meats!!

  Poorly staffed and unconcerned employees. Waited 20 minutes for a (singular) fish sandwich. Drive through customers waiting in very long lines. Wish I had read the reviews before stopping.

  We typically like Arby's turkey ranch bacon sandwich, and order it with very light ranch. This location seems like they laughed and said "watch this". The sandwich was soggy and swimming in ranch when we got to the hotel. On another note, I thought I would try the Gyro and, wow. Just.... wow. I can't scrape my tongue off enough. Never again. Too bad the dishes I recommend section (below) don't include water, because that's probably all I would suggest. 🤢

  We had a gift card to eat there but you can't order online with gift cards, so we went inside and placed our order and had to wait 30 minutes to get our order that wasn't worth what we paid or waited for!! This is the 2nd time at this Arby's this has happened!!! Won't happen again!!!
