Stopped at Arby's. Had an interaction with a young lady named Adriana she didn't make my food right. It was straight garbage and instead of her wanting to make it right she just said leave a bad review. So here's your review. I hope you enjoy it like I enjoyed my food!!! (All this over some cheese man) This is my first review ever. Don't like doing this normally. Actually this maybe my second review. I left a great review for a great restaurant. Now I have to leave a terrible review for a terrible restaurant! (I guess that's balance lol) & To the owners I think you should send them to some type of etiquette class to learn how to treat your customers! I worked in all types of industries! I'm melanated & delt with people that didn't look like me & did not want me interacting with them and I used to have to treat them with respect & with a smile. I made sure to take care of it as long as it wasn't nothing that was out of the rims or what my job duties were💪💯👍 we have to just stop hiring whoever (owner myself) & to the owner even if you would please stop your busy schedule to stop in at your store & make sure it's being ran properly that's if you're that concerned about the people who bring you your money, cuz this is not the way 😞🙄💩

We were snowed in and Arby’s was the only restaurant we could eat at and our food was trash we asked for creamy cheese and got 1 dot and I asked for cheese on the side for a beef & cheddar & I got 1 dot in a cup for a whole sandwich! We spoke to Adriana & instead of making our meal better she said to leave a bad review! Now is this the type of customer service a restaurant should have ?? I know to each is own & I will NOT BE BACK!!!!!

Restaurant is conveniently located next to Love’s. The drive thru attendant was quick and accurate. Our food was out with a very minimal wait. Our order was hot and tasted great. My only qualm was that we requested no lettuce on both sandwiches, and they both contained lettuce when received.
