  They had great kids working here. The food could have been hotter, but they were so polite and kind, it made it ok.

  Lets start with the good: As a general whole, the food tastes like you'd expect and it is frequently fresh off the grill for burgers and the fries are usually hot. The average: the service is good at the drive thru, but lacking at the counter. Only one of the two self-service kiosks work most of the time and they have been out of receipt paper every single time I have ever used them. The mediocre: wet floor signs out for multiple days for no reason in the exact same place. floors are dirty. tables are clean sometimes. bathrooms are clean sometimes. visible trash on floors behind counter. Oh yes... roughly 4 out of 5 times, I or my doordash customers do not get napkins. Overall, not bad, but could do better.

  The customer service was really bad they had too remake our whole entire order and there was 3 managers that weren't doing anything and they were really rude my friend slipped and cut his arm and they didn't do anything, it took 40 mins for us to finally get out food 1/5
