  I ordered online and they never sent me a confirmation to my email and then the page refreshed and it charged my card. I went up to the store and explained to the manager the situation and literally showed them where it had JUST came off my card for the exact amount and they refused to make my order or service me. Do not waste your money or you time with this Wendy’s. They have zero customer service skills and do nothing to try to help you.

  The girl working the register around 12:55 was extremely rude and unprofessional. I ordered a baked potato with extra cheese, was asked shredded or liquid, and requested liquid, but received shredded instead. Not a big deal, mistakes happen. However, her response was to blame us, saying we should’ve said that upfront, then she slammed the potato down. To top it off, she pointed to the trash and said, “just throw it away.” I was honestly shocked at the level of disrespect. Customer service should never feel hostile or dismissive. Wendy’s, you can and should do better when it comes to training and professionalism.   The employees were wonderful !! The drive through was slow but when I pulled up the window there were 4 employees working hard. I pleased to recommend the shift at from 6p-7p they were a blessing

  Was here over the holiday break and stopped in with my siblings. The place was super clean and the staff was so friendly. We ordered a couple of items that took a little time to prep and the staff was kind. I didn't catch a name, but there was a young man (I think he'd work there maybe 2.5 years), who was just super energetic and talked to everyone. He made it feel like a full service stop.
