  This place is bad. Gave me the wrong stuff, even after having to repeat my order 5 times. No straws or napkins in the bag. Didn’t ask about sauces so I forgot them. One taco was hot. Everything else was cold. And the dessert empanadas were over fried. It was like biting a brick.

  If I could give zero stars I would. Second time this has happened. Crispy Cantina Tacos are MOT made with regular hard taco shells. This is the second time it’s happened. Poor management to not teach and insure your employees make things right.

  I am so impressed with this new Taco Bell in Hixson! I get the Chicken Chalupa no sour cream, add avocado ranch and bacon (extra bacon)...basically the bacon club chalupa. Every time I go thru the drive thru they are super nice, efficient, quick service and polite! I don't know how they do it but I swear it seems to be better than the day before and I didn't think that was possible! The BEST Taco Bell in the local and surrounding area without a doubt!!!!

  I doordash and I waited over 15 mins for the order because they had already at 7 broke down the second line and was to focused one drive thure get your crap together.
