  If I could give this Sonic 0 stars I would. For some reason we have given them so many chances yet they continue to let us down. First for charging us 3-4 times for just one order and then taking over a week to return the money. And now the last two times messing up our order, forgetting items, and placing an online order only to show up and they are out of things. When we ask for a refund they only offer a side or a milkshake. Definitely the last chance we are giving them.

  I just had a doordash order for literally 1 large coke. I figured I'd go to the drive thru with no issue. Well I asked for my doordash order and the lady said I need to come inside just to get my damn coke. She was doing way too much and that was unnecessary. I was stuck in the drive thru and had to get someone back up and to let me out. This was on 3/22/26 at around 5:40 pm.

  The good is always good and I don't think we've ever had a cashier that didn't seem genuinely friendly. Great customer service.

  I came to this location at 8:25 and it was closed. A lady pulled up and just sat there not sure if she was a worker. They really need to update their hours
