The building was locked during normal business hours and employees were hiding in the back corner of the kitchen. - I was given someone else's order and not my own. I was told to be grateful that I wasn't being overcharged for the additional food I wasn't even able to eat. - they have failed to get an order right three times in a row. I order a single pizza with one topping - pepperoni. They are zero for three That's all the information I'm willing to provide. Please do not ask me to do any favors for you like reach out via email or perform additional favors. Thanks

We stood there for about 10 minutes, called the store phone, and no one answered. Another customer showed up, and still no one came out. We were genuinely concerned that whoever was working might be hurt, so we went to the back to check. An employee was sitting at a desk and appeared clearly under the influence of something. He eventually got up and asked for our order names—none of the food had even been made. Now I’m out $40 and wasted time. This was completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Avoid this store at all costs. Update We reached out almost a week ago as requested and have not received any reply. We still have not been refunded for the food we never received. It appears responses are being made publicly, but our direct communication has gone unanswered.
