  I ordered a $6 meal burger fries nuggets drink this is what I get on my Burger literally like a quarter pound of pickles? Not cool at all

  Get ready for major disappointment! It (almost) doesnt matter what location you go to, the service is horrible. Employees chat with each other but won't speak to someone at the counter until they're ready. When they finally do, it's obvious they don't want you here. Some people are great, the others are extremely rude and obnoxious. Taking orders and continuing private conversations with their friends. I had one front counter employee that wouldn't get off her phone long enough to understand what I was saying. I also DoorDash as supplemental income and this is my least favorite place to go. Wait times can be 30+ minutes. The food is not hot, isn't good, and obviously thrown together in haste to get you out the door. Quality has dropped by a huge factor since I was a kid. I've had food with actual bad smells and tastes. No mold though, I don't think it can mold. (Isn't there someone with a 40+ year old burger than still looks the same?). When your kids want a happy meal or some chicky nugs, save you some pain, just tell them they're closed and find literally anything else.

  This is probably the worst McDonalds I’ve ever been in. Could find a clean table, floors were dirty, and food wasn’t off a bit

  Apparently both McDonald’s locations in the Hixson area need to update their drive through hours! Lo and behold they all close at 1am despite the website saying 2am! It’s fine we’re through with McDonalds, Burger Kind and Taco Bell are just down the road and haven’t let us down yet.
