  When we walked in no one even looked up in our direction. There was 2 girls working the front counter, and a guy in the back I’m assuming on drive thru. They had in AirPods, and you could tell they were extremely irritated to even take our order, I stood there for a good minute before she even acknowledged I was standing there ready to order. This was on March 19th at 6:55 ish so I’m not sure who was working there at this time. Love the food but service could be much better!

  The restaurant was clean, and service was fast, but wow what mediocre food. I'm not saying this particular location was bad, but the restaurant chain as a whole. I can't believe I paid $19 for two small subs and no drinks or sides. My fiancee and I left hungry. We went to the gym that morning, so we were both pretty hungry, but $19 got us enough to leave us wanting to stop elsewhere. We were both so disappointed. The food itself wasn't bad, but it was super bland and just....blah. The bread looked like movie prop bread, like it was fake or something. The subs were really small, like maybe 7" at most. There was barely any meat on the one sub we got, and the other had a fair amount. The main issue was how small they were, and how bland they were. The food here reminded me of something you would be served at a middle school cafeteria. I told the employee that we had never been there before, and he just stood there without saying anything until I finished paying. Again there wasn't really anything wrong with this branch of the restaurant, but the restaurant's food as a whole. It was extremely small portions for the price, and really bland and forgettable food.

  6:15p on a Tuesday. States online it’s open yet lights are off and no one is there.

  I had lunch in, so can't say anything about delivery, but a friendly staff, an ample amount of meats on the sandwich, (I had the Italian) good fresh flavor, and good quality bread
