The weird part of it is I had ordered 20 boneless and 20 bone in so they'd already counted to 20 once....... anyway she told me, after I called her once I had arrived home and my family had already dived into it, that I would have to BRING THE ENTIRE ORDER BACK IN OR ELSE SHE WOULD NOT REPLACE THE ORDER EVEN WHEN ASKED BY AN EMPLOYEE I PERSONALLY KNOW. This is unacceptable business practice, I have officially not been given the goods which I have purchased and remain financially uncompensated neither for this nor for the blatant unprofessional, dismissive, and disrespectful attitude of their management.

Dude came to the register and said that he was clocking in. So I asked well who takes the order and commented that I'd been waiting a while. He goes back and tells one of the workers and dude says that he's in a zone and that who ever it is is going to have to wait. I politely walked away. Though the amount that I'd planned to spend may not have been much for the business, it is still my money and I choose to spend it elsewhere. Awful service!
