  The food was ok but the place was freezing with the A/C blasting and 33 degrees outside not to mention there wasn’t any toilet paper in the bathroom. The worst part is you can’t order your food without using the stupid kiosks and it takes forever and it replaces employees so I will never be back to this one and I am fortunate that there are others close by.

  Went through the drive-thru and got the cantina taco and asked for an extra side of the sauce that comes on the taco. They charged me .30 and gave me the wrong sauce. The rudest woman was at the window. When I told her I need the correct sauce she raid "well we have to charge you for that". I said "you did charge me, but you didn't give me the sauce I asked for". She just stared at me like this wasn't her problem so I left. Then tried to eat the tacos and there was the littlest amount of sauce on the tacos! And they were broken! I won't be back!

  I'm the only person in line on a Saturday night. I ordered online. Not only was my food not ready but for some unknown reason there was a 4-minute wait before the lady opens the window and asks me do I want hot sauce. Here's the deal--she didn't acknowledge me, wave at me, even look my way once as I sat there for the 4 minutes. I have spent a career pleasing customers and I can tell you that was clearly not Taco Bell's finest hour.

  "Avoid this new Taco Bell—they rushed my drive-thru order despite being empty, didn't provide all my food, and what I got was nasty and inedible. The cashier hurried so much my wife couldn't read the menu (I was relaying for her), leaving us both frustrated. Service and quality were awful; next time, frozen pizza it is. Skip it and save your money."

  I got the #7 luxe box taco chhalupa with chicken and beef burrito taco was broke barely had any cheese on it chalupa had 4 pieces I mean 4 pieces of chicken in it and the burrito was mostly cheese about gaged me asked for mild sauce had on the ticket they gave me 4 they gave me none don't have a number to call really sucked I probably want go back and I couldn't wait to eat there big disappointment
